1. Who we are

CourseSystem ("we", "us") sells digital products — downloadable file packages (vaults, templates, guides). Contact: coursesystem@support.example. Sales are processed by Gumroad, Inc., which acts as the merchant of record (they charge you, handle worldwide sales taxes/VAT, and pay us).

2. What you're buying

A digital product delivered by instant download right after payment: a folder of files (markdown notes, PDFs, HTML templates, prompt packs). Nothing physical ships. You need a device able to unzip a file and open markdown — the free app Obsidian is recommended and instructions are included in the delivery.

3. Your license (the part that protects us both)

• Purchase grants you a single-user, personal license: read it, use it, and build your own original product on your own topic — which you then own and may sell freely. That output is 100% yours.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share, gift, or bundle the product itself (whole or in part), nor teach its exact files as your own framework. No resale rights, no white-labeling, no downline: the system ends at you.
• Sharing your download link or account access counts as redistribution. Found pirated copies? They miss every update and every support channel — and we enforce proportionally (DM takedown first, DMCA if needed).

4. Prices & "founder pricing"

Prices are as shown at checkout, in your local currency where Gumroad converts. When we advertise founder pricing ("rises at N buyers"), the milestone is real and public: prices increase, they never silently decrease, and existing buyers keep lifetime updates at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

Governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, which is part of these terms. Short version: a 14-day action-based guarantee — do the work, show the work, get every cent back.

6. No income guarantee (said plainly, so we're both safe)

We sell a system, not a salary. Any numbers, examples or walkthroughs on our pages are illustrations of the method, not promises of your results. Your outcome depends on execution, niche and luck, all of which are yours. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't use the product, templates or prompts to deceive buyers (fake screenshots, fabricated income claims, fake urgency). Beyond being against these terms, in most markets it's illegal advertising — and it stains the whole niche, ours included.
• Don't misrepresent affiliation with third parties mentioned on our pages (we claim none).

8. Intellectual property

The vault, templates, texts and brand remain ours and are licensed, not sold. Everything you create with them — your course, your niche, your page, your audience — is yours entirely. Third-party names and logos referenced for illustration belong to their owners.

9. Availability & updates

Download links are permanent ("lifetime access" = access for the lifetime of the product line, including all free updates). We may improve files over time; re-downloading the current version is always free for buyers. If we ever discontinue a product, we give buyers at least 60 days' notice to archive their files.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor any mandatory consumer right you hold (including, for EU consumers, protections under Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementations).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you're a consumer residing in the EU, you also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence, and any dispute may be brought before the courts of your country as provided by EU law.

12. Changes

We version these terms (see the "last updated" line). Material changes apply to purchases made after publication; we never downgrade rights of past buyers retroactively.
