Refund & Returns Policy

1. What "show the work" means (precisely)

• Proof of build — your vault: a screenshot of your folder with the outline or lesson drafts.
• Proof of offer — a live link to your product page or checkout.
• Proof of distribution — links to the 10 clips you posted (any platform).

All three within 14 days of purchase. That's the entire bar — we wrote it so a real try always qualifies.

2. How to request

Reply directly to your purchase receipt email (or write to coursesystem@support.example) with the three proofs above. We confirm within 48 hours on weekdays and refund via the original payment method through Gumroad. Funds typically land in 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

3. What isn't covered

• "I changed my mind" without doing the work — this is an action-based guarantee by design, not a return window for browsers.
• Requests after 14 days from purchase.
• Accounts showing abuse patterns (repeated buy-refund cycles, chargeback abuse). In those cases we revoke the license instead of refunding.

4. EU customers — your statutory rights

If you're an EU consumer: you normally have a 14-day withdrawal right; however, by downloading the digital files you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge the exception for digital content supplied in full (Art. 16(m), Directive 2011/83/EU). Our voluntary action-based guarantee above is offered instead, and nothing in this page limits any mandatory consumer right you hold.

5. After a refund

Your license to the files ends. We kindly ask you to delete the vault and any product or page built directly from its templates and prompts.
